Esta ruta inicia en el vibrante barrio Bellavista, famoso por su arquitectura bohemia, su gastronomía y la cercanía a la Casa Museo la Chascona de Pablo Neruda. El circuito inicia con un recorrido urbano por la ribera del río Mapocho hasta Vitacura, a través de una ciclovías de excelente calidad, cruzando parques modernos que bordean el eje fluvial de la capital. Luego, se adentra en el sector histórico de Los Dominicos, conocido por su representativo Pueblito de Artesanos y su iglesia patrimonial, para continuar hacia el Parque Natural Cerro Calán. Este último destaca por albergar el Observatorio Astronómico Nacional y ofrecer un sendero perimetral con espectaculares vistas panorámicas en 360 grados de la cordillera de los Andes.
